This difficult time has drawn us more inward, asking us to look at what tools we have for self-care. Building the at-home self-care toolbox is a way to nurture and ground physically, mentally and emotionally. The aim is to expand your self-care toolbox to meet your needs, goals, and gain a deeper understanding of our wholeness, how mind, body and spirit work together. Â
Areas of focus include yoga and other somatic practices, general self-massage techniques to address tight or stressed areas, meditation and concentration exercises, creative expression (where you find joy) and mindful eating.
